Trans-somatics with gene transfer into mammary epithelial cells

摘要

A method of incorporating a DNA sequence into the secretory cells of the mammary gland of a non-human mammal comprising introducing a vector containing the gene of interest into a packaging cell line, preparing a solution containing this cell line and delivering the solution to the mammary gland resulting in a trans-somatic animal.
