Semi-assembled mezzanine construction with fillings from hollow blocks, with ribbs of alternable cross-section, depending on spans and loading and manufacture process for prefabricated holders of construction. Resolves the problem of utilization of the stress of pressure in concrete with semi-assembled mezzanine constructions with fillings from hollow blocks, reduces spending of armature, enables mezzanine construction and improves thermal characteristics, and that it can be applied for any useful span for this kind of construction in civil engineering. The essence of this solution consists in the fact that the prefabricated holder of construction is not made with the use of canals, but is made without them in the adjustable moulds, that enable the making of billets of 4 to 20cm wide, of the minimum width of 4 cm, and adjusted to the kind of blocks for filling, of any length in accordance with the needed span and in everything according to the project solution and statistic calculation. That solution enables that the cross-section ribbs with this construction should be adjusted to the span and loading, there is better use of stress in concrete section and increase in the statistic height of section and thus make easy construction and improve it's thermal characteristics.;Polumontana medjuspratna konstrukcija sa ispunama od upljih blokova, sa rebrima promenljivog preseka u zavisnosti od raspona i optereenja,i postupak izrade predfabrikovanih nosaa konstrukcije. Reava problem iskoritenja napona pritiska u betonu kod polumontanih medjuspratnih konstrukcija sa ispunama od upljih blokova, smanjuje utroak armature, olakava medjuspratnu konstrukciju i poboljava joj termike karakteristike, a primenljiv je za bilo koji uobiajeni raspon za ovu vrstu konstrukcija u visokogradnji. Sutina reenja se sastoji u tome da se predfabrikovani nosa konstrukcije ne izradjuje uz upotrebu kanalica, nego se izradjuje bez njih u podesivim kalupima, koji omoguuju izradu gredica od 4 do 20 cm irine, minimalne debljine 4 cm a prilagodjene vrsti blokova za ispunu, bilo koje duine prema potrebnom rasponu, a u svemu prema projektnom reenju i statikom raunu.
