A valve member (22) is rotatably located around an axis in the housing (10), which according to the rotary position selectively connects the two first connections (14,16) with one another or one of them with the third connection (18). The valve member (22) has a pluggable through passage (24) for connection of the two first connections and a space (30) enclosing the through passage with a first aperture, which in the plane of the first two connections is displaced through approximately 90 degrees. The valve member also has a stop for a plug and a second aperture (34), permanently directed towards the third connection. The valve member is cylindrical and the second aperture is located in the base surface of the cylinder.
