Production of a solderable aluminum extruded parts comprises forming center-punched blanks made from an aluminum semi-finished material; and coating with a solderable metal, preferably copper, after surface pre-treatment, especially on a front surface in a thermal coating process, preferably by flame or plasma spraying. The layer is additionally sealed in a subsequent extruding process. Preferred Features: The layer of solderable metal is applied by masking or by flame or plasma spraying using a bundled beam only partially on the corresponding surface of the center-punched blank. The solderable metal is applied in a thickness of 0.1-0.8 mm.
