This device for the training of a limb of the human body in the practice of a specific physical activity, is constituted by a concave last which, formed at least by a sheet piece of light and substantially rigid material, is formed, internally, in a first part that is adjusted and substantially enveloping the limb and its articulation to a member, being in this part where they remain immobilized in the optimally correct grip position of a tool for the exercise of a type of action in the specific physical activity, and in a second part that is tight and substantially enveloping the portion of the immediate member to the joint.
