Procedure for forming twisted metal rod parts and a device for its implementation. The method comprises twisting at least two rods on themselves and winding at least one on a cylindrical core, the part being subjected to axial tension during the process of twisting rods to each other. The device comprises: A guide plate (1) with axial holes (2), peripherally provided with captive screws (3) arranged radially, and driven by a motor reducer, mounted on a fixed turret (6); A mooring plate (4), symmetrical, inverse and equal to the guide (1) mounted on a mobile turret (5); A cylinder of fluids (8), with its axis attached to the mooring plate (4), to tension the piece during the twisting of the rods.
