Hotel door security system.Especially designed for hotel rooms that use a punched card as a key, the invention consists of equipping the room door with a magnetic sensor (1), capable of detecting when the door is opened and activating a conventional alarm system, a magnetic sensor (1) that is functionally inhibited and during a set time, upon inserting the key card into the lock, a second sensor (3) detects the presence of said card, in such a way that the alarm stays off for a sufficient amount of time for the person carrying the key card to enter the room. An infrared sensor (2), positioned immediately inside the door, also inhibits the function of the magnetic sensor (1) and consequently the alarm circuit, for an equal amount of time, so that the person can also exit the room, so that said person can enter and exit the room without any conscious intervention on their behalf in terms of temporarily deactivating the alarm system. This automatically sends the alarm signal to an alarm centre (6) if there is an unauthorised access that is to say without a key card.
