The IHE is a utensil for grilling meats and poultry for human consumption,withapplications for both residential and commercial, and indoor or outdoorranges, ovens orbarbecues. The IHE is itself a grill and is to be used in conjunction with abarbecue or pittype fire, in all applications named above.The IHE is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel.The IHE cooks simultaneously inside and out, via probes which are located onboth top and bottom of grill bases.
