A USER INTERFACE SYSTEM FOR MAINTAINING ORGANIZATION RELATED INFORMATION FOR USE IN SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OPERATION

A system and user friendly display interface supports creation andmodification of a flexible and comprehensive organization structure model abletosupport provision of clinical care, patient tracking, billing andadministration. Amethod provides a user interface for maintaining organization relatedinformationin support of organization operation. The method involves receiving searchcriteria for use in identifying organization characteristic information. Thesearchcriteria is employed in searching a profile comprising information identifyinganencompassing organization structure including information identifying multipleconstituent organizations and associated organization type and userdeterminable organization role. Search result information is processed inproviding organization characteristic information suitable for presentation toauser via a displayed image in response to user command. A user interface menusupports modification of information representing the encompassingorganizationstructure by adding, removing or moving an organization in the encompassingorganization structure and updating a database to incorporate themodifications.
