ZINC-BASED COATED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXECELLENT ANTI-PEELING PROPERTY, FRICTIONAL PROPERTY, AND ANTI-GALLING PROPERTY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A zinc-based metal plated steel sheet, which has a zinc-based metal platinglayer and, formed thereon, a coating film containing zinc phosphate particlesin an amount of 50 wt %, and has substantially no layer formed by the reactionof the zinc phosphate particles with the zinc-based metal plating layer; and amethod for producing the plated steel sheet. The zinc-based metal plated steelsheet is excellent in the resistance to flaking, and also in the slidingcharacteristics in an oil-free state as is seen in a portion wherein an oilfilm is broken off, and further in the resistance to scoring.
