PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a denture in a short period of time by shortening a curing time of gypsum and especially eliminating the curing time of gypsum during a going-to-hospital period of a patient.;SOLUTION: In a jaw impression sampling process S51, an impression material is deposited on one surface of a dental tooth form tray and the shape of a gum part is transferred to the impression material to obtain a jaw impression member. In a solder bank forming process S53, solder is deposited on the other surface of the dental tooth form tray. In an articulator mounting process S55, the dental tooth form tray holding the jaw impression member and the solder bank is mounted on the articulator. In a denture implanting process S57, dentures are successively implanted in the solder bank in such a state that the dental tooth form tray holding the jaw impression member and the solder bank is mounted on the articulator and the dentures for the upper jaw and the dentures for the lower jaw are successively adjusted using the articulator so as to be properly bitten each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
