PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous suspension of cross-linked silicone particles and an aqueous oil emulsion containing cross-linked silicone particles that have excellent stability, environment- and human-friendly.;SOLUTION: This aqueous suspension of cross-linked silicone particles comprises (A) cross-linked silicone particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1-500 m, (B) an oxyethylene adduct of a 16C alcohol derived from a non- animal fat, and (C) water. The aqueous oil emulsion containing cross-linked silicone particles comprises (A) cross-linked silicone particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1-500 m, (E) an oil, (B) the oxyethylene adduct of a 16C alcohol derived from the non-animal fat, and (C) water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
