Disclosed is an electronic moxibustion appliance usable in an automobile, which is connected to a battery of the automobile through a cigarette lighter of the automobile. The electronic moxibustion appliance has an electric power supply section which transforms the voltage of the battery into a driving voltage and supplies the driving voltage to the electronic moxibustion appliance. The electric power supply section includes an electric power connection section connected with a cigarette lighter socket of the automobile, a voltage transformation section for transforming the voltage of the battery into the driving voltage, and a temperature control key for adjusting a heating temperature of the moxibustion heat-generating section. The electronic moxibustion appliance enables a driver or passenger to receive moxa cautery treatment in a simple and easy manner even without a separate electric power supply system.
