The invention relates to a method of producing thermoformed products consisting in: separating the Antarctic krill into two fractions, a liquid fraction and a dense fraction; mixing and homogenising the fractions and adding other additives to the mixture, such as salt, carbohydrates and fats; and subsequently, by means of suitable heat treatment, gelling the fractions in moulds or in a thermo-extruder.
