Disclosed are compositions and methods for the diagnosis and therapy of Wilms' tumor antigen-associated cancers, and in particular, mesotheliomas. In particular embodiments, the invention provides new, effective methods, compositions and kits for eliciting immune and T cell response to Wilms' tumor antigen polypeptide-derived antigenic fragments, and methods for the use of such compositions for diagnosis, detection, treatment, monitoring, and/or prevention of human malignant pleural mesothelioma.
