The network includes two loops, wherein the first loop transmits data along clockwise direction, another ring transmits the counter clockwise direction of data. The traffic is taken out by the destination node on ring. In the normal operation period (that is, all across operation), the ring of the stream of the data between node will provide this minimum hop count to destination node. Therefore, the normal operating that two rings utilize during going into full operation. The node periodically detects the bit error rate (or persistently calculating the bit error rate) of link, to detect the failure in one of link. The detection of this failure to all nodes send broadcast singal, to reconstruct the routing table in node, thus identification break down after sources traffic to destination node best route. Since available link sees more data traffic due to the link traffic of failure now, it is believed that " non-protected " traffic is given lower priority and can be dropped or postpone to look after " shielded " business. Specific technique describes the link of identification failure, and communication failure is attached to other nodes, distinguishes shielded and unprotected traffic, and updates the routing table.
