摘要
A reagent prepared by dissolving choline (HOCH2CH2N+(CH3)3) in an alcohol or water in a concentration of 2.5% or by dissolving potassium hydrogen carbonate in a 10% acetaldehyde solution to saturation is used in combination with one or more reagents selected from the group consisting of a reagent comprising a 2% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution and a reagent prepared by dissolving gallic acid in 10% acetaldehyde solution to saturation. The reagent combination is added to a blood sample collected in a slight amount from the human body with a piercing tool. Active oxygen radicals are eliminated by the addition, and this is accompanied by weak luminescence. The weak luminescence is detected with a CCD camera to determine the condition of active oxygen radicals in the human body in terms of the degree of luminance (unit, cd/m2).
