A system for payment of a bill, includes at least one interface device (12) for use by at least one user and a back-end server (14). The back-end server pre-registers payment options for payment of bills. A connection between one of the interface devices and a back-end server is established. The interface device receives instructions from a user for payment of a bill. The interface device transfers the instructions to the back-end server. The back-end server provides instructions a first financial instruction (15) which transfers money from the user's account with the first financial institution to another financial institution (16) to pay the bill (18 or 19) according to the registered payment options and the instructions received from the user.
