Genetic probe and method are described in progression of disease and diagnosis of prostate, bladder and breast cancer for monitoring. In particular, the present invention relates to probe and method evaluation, there are differentially expressed prostate, bladder and breast cancer in those RNA species compared to normal human prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasis or normal bladder or breast tissue.
