The invention concerns a hydrokinetic coupling apparatus comprising a housing (12) provided with a wall (14) with a globally radial orientation, a turbine wheel (104) and a locking clutch, interposed between the turbine wheel (10) and the radial wall (14), which comprises a disc (94), integral in rotation with and separate from the hub (54), in the form of a ring with globally radial orientation, friction means co-operating with the wall (14) and elastic members with circumferential action interposed between the disc (94) and the friction means. The invention is characterised in that the turbine wheel (104) is linked in rotation with the hub (54) via the disc (94) with which it is integral in rotation.
