The inventive method comprises a step whereby the users (7, 9) establish anonymous identifiers (5). Moreover, the method comprises a step during which the anonymous identifiers (5) are stored in a database and linked with the respective telephone addresses (34), in particular mobile telephone numbers, mobile telephones (8, 11). Furthermore, said method comprises the following steps: a step in which a calling user (7) sends a connection request (10) to a called user (9) having a second mobile telephone (11); and a step in which the connection server (4) establishes a synchronous telephone communication between the mobile telephone (8) of the calling user (7) and the mobile telephone (11) of the called user (9). In this way, when the synchronous telephone communication is established, the calling user (7) and the called user (9) preserve their anonymity.
