The device includes object specification means for specifying an object to be distributed to a cellular terminal, transmission destination specification means for specifying a transmission destination of an electronic mail, object transmission means for transmitting data of the object specified by the object specification means to a predetermined server computer, identification information reception means for receiving from the server computer the identification information assigned for the transmitted object data when the object data is registered by the server computer, and mail transmission means for transmitting the electronic mail containing a link to object data specified by the received identification information to the transmission destination specified by the transmission destination specification means.
