摘要

A porous zinc oxide thin-film for substrate of dye-sensitized solar cell, the porous zinc oxide thin-film having voids and produced by carrying out a cathode electrodeposition for homogeneous forced mass transport toward substrate surface with an electrolyte containing a zinc salt, the electrolyte mixed with a template compound in advance, in the presence of a desirable substrate so that a zinc oxide thin-film having the template compound adsorbed to an internal surface thereof is formed on the substrate, and thereafter implementing means for desorbing the template compound from the zinc oxide thin-film; a zinc oxide/dye composite thin-film for photoelectrode, produced by causing a dye to be adsorbed to the voids of the porous zinc oxide thin-film; and a dye-sensitized solar cell comprising the zinc oxide/dye composite thin-film as a photoelectrode material.
