METHOD FOR INTRODUCING A NUCLEIC ACID INTO A CELL (TRANSFECTION) BY MEANS OF CALCIUM PHOSPHATE, AND TRANSFECTED CELL

A method for the introduction of at least one nucleic acid in at least one cell by means of calcium phosphate, with the steps of:(a) mixing the said nucleic acid with a reaction solution, the ca²⁺ and po₄^3–-Having therein ions;(b) incubating the reaction solution, as a result of which a precipitate is formed, at least the nucleic acid, calcium and phosphate has;(c) adding of the precipitate to the said cell;(d) incubating the cell from step (c) under air in the closed system without additional carbon dioxide (co₂).
