The method involves a client reading parameter from data to be offered, generating primary search parameters, sending to the server as offer data, a second client user querying a desired data parameter(s), generating secondary search parameters as inquiry data, comparing primary/secondary parameters, connecting clients and sending the desired data record if agreement exists. Parameters are processed using a fuzzy relationship to search parameters. The method involves a first client user reading at least one parameter from data records to be offered and generating primary search parameters that are sent to the server user as offer data (2), a second client user querying at least one parameter of desired data records from which secondary search parameters are generated that are sent as inquiry data (4) to the server user, receiving the results of comparing primary and secondary search parameters and making a connection between client users (6) and sending the desired data record (8) if agreement exists.
