TOUCH-ROLL APPARATUS FOR STRIP PLATING HAVING PLATING SOLUTION WITHDRAWAL AND SOLUTION INJECTION FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A touch-roll apparatus for strip plating having plating solution recovering and solution injecting functions is provided in which a touch roll closely adhering a strip electric plated to a conductor roll has plating solution recovering and injecting functions so that alien substance contained in solution is filtered to prevent surface detects of the strip. CONSTITUTION: The touch-roll apparatus for strip plating having plating solution recovering and solution injecting functions comprises a frame member(20) which is installed in a width direction of a strip(12) transferred through a conductor roll(10), and on which a plural openings(22) are formed so that a recovered plating solution is flown into the openings(22); a touch roll(30) which is rotationally installed at the outer side of the frame member(20) so that the strip(12) is closely adhered onto the conductor roll(10), and which is installed in multistage so that guiding parts enabling inflow of the plating solution through the openings(22) are formed on the touch roll(30); a filtering means which is installed on the inner side of the frame member(20) to filter the solution by piston operation; and a nozzle means(70) which is installed in a width direction of the strip(12) to inject the filtered solution supplied through a hose connected to the filtering means onto the surface of the strip(12) again.
