PURPOSE: An agent business for managing an Internet customer using a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) marketing technique is provided to realize the customer's satisfaction management for a client and a client's customer by applying the professional customer management and a scientific customer management system. The server receives the managing customer information, the anniversary days and the client information(40). The customer information is constructed into a DB of an off-line agency DB system(503). The customer of the businessman is requested to the off-line agencies of each region(610). The headquarter integrally makes the printings, a discount coupon and a business card by requesting the marketing, the PR and the advertisement to a regional businessman helping the off-line agency(640). The businessman searches the anniversary days of the customer by using the database(60). After confirming an address of the customer, the printing materials are directly sent to the customer via a mail, a fax or a SMS(Short Message Service) at the anniversary days of the customer(520,530).
