PURPOSE: A system for security payment of an electronic commerce and a method thereof are provided to prevent an outflow of personal information fundamentally using a fixed credit card number and a password using a disposable payment password using a table of random numbers and an ARS service selected by each buyer in a credit card payment by an electronic commerce. CONSTITUTION: A communication network(10) makes a data communication be performed interactively by connecting a communication line of an unspecified number of the general public. A buyer communication device(20) receives buyer information data inputted by each buyer, transmits the data, and downloads table of random numbers data and a disposable payment password being inputted from an exterior through the communication network(10). A pay gate server(30) performs a member joining process and a member information change based on information data inputted by each user connected through the communication network(10), transmits a table of random numbers and disposable secret payment data for a security payment to each buyer communication device through an on-line, performs a payment to an affiliated concern server(50) using a credit card number of each buyer based on a security payment method selected by each buyer, and transmits payment process result data, a temporary ID and password of each affiliated concern to a communication device of each buyer when a payment is completed promptly. A DB(40) stores information data inputted by each buyer through the communication network(10) and performs a database process of a table of random numbers managing number and a disposable payment password for a security payment of each buyer.
