PURPOSE: A far infrared and thermotherapy apparatus is provided to facilitate the metabolism and the circulation of blood by emitting a large amount of far infrared rays and adopting ceramic heating thermotherapy. CONSTITUTION: The far infrared and thermotherapy apparatus comprises a frame(11); a gem(13) disposed inside the frame toward the body of a user; a ceramic heater(15) disposed at the rear side of the gem; a plurality of far infrared lamps(17) disposed around the ceramic heater; a driving circuit board(19) for supplying electric power to the ceramic heater and far infrared lamps; an electric wiring; and an epoxy molding for fixing the gem, ceramic heater and far infrared lamps within the frame.
