PURPOSE: A measuring instrument for spots on the body suitable for acupuncture is provided to improve the accuracy of finding of spots on the body suitable for acupuncture by constructing odd and even devices. CONSTITUTION: Each of middle-connecting rods(4) crosses at its center with each other to form an X shape. A hinge(6) having a through-hole is provided on an end of each of the middle-connecting rods(4). An end-connecting rod(5) having a half of length of the respective middle-connecting rods(4) is provided on an end of the bone length dividing and spot selecting apparatus. An end of the end-connecting rod(5) is connected to the one end of the respective middle-connecting rods(4) through the hinge(6). Thus, the length of the apparatus is changed according to the distance between the respective middle-connecting rods(4).
