Waste polyethylene plastic compounds reinforced with incinerated fly-ashes and methods of manufacturing goods using them

PURPOSE: An incineration ash reinforced high strength waste polyethylene plastic composition, a method for preparing a molded product using the composition and the molded product prepared by the method are provided, to recycle waste plastic material to prepare a molded product with the improved tensile strength and tensile modulus. CONSTITUTION: The incineration ash reinforced waste polyethylene plastic composition comprises 70-95 wt% of waste polyethylene plastic obtained by pulverizing and melting (or softening) the waste polyethylene plastic waste paper source; and 5-30 wt% of incineration ash. Preferably incineration ash reinforced waste polyethylene plastic composition comprises 25-35 wt% of waste polyethylene plastic; 50 wt% or less of a pure polyethylene polymer; and 15-25 wt% of incineration ash.
