WAVE FORMING METHOD OF METAL FIBER AGGLOMERATE APPARATUS FOR USING THE METHOD AND METAL FIBER AGGLOMERATE BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A wave forming method of metallic fiber aggregate, a wave forming device thereof and the metallic fiber aggregate are provided which are characterized by increasing cohesion because of forming three-dimensional wave, increasing restoring force and elastic force, having excellent strength, increasing thermo-keeping ability and air permeability, absorbing electric wave well, preventing static electricity, not using special holder for preventing contact of the fiber aggregates because of minimizing a contact area between the fiber aggregates, and reducing a process and cost. CONSTITUTION: The wave forming device of the metallic fiber aggregate is comprised of: a bobbin pulley wound with the metallic fiber aggregate; an index table(20) formed with tooth forms(22) on a circumference, rotating and having a hole(21) passing the metallic fiber aggregate unwound from the bobbin pulley; a driving device driving the index table(20); a fixing die(31) fixed on one side of the hole(21) of the index table(20) and forming a groove(31a) on a front end; a moving die(32) which is installed against the fixing die(31) at proper interval and is formed with a protrusion(32a) corresponded with the groove(31a) on a front end, reciprocal-moving in a direction of the fixing die(31); a pair of guiding plates(33) which are installed on the index table(20), guiding a sliding of the moving die(32); a motor(34) reciprocal-moving the moving die(32); a pair of crank arms(35) converting a rotating force of the motor into linear motion of the moving die(32); and an outlet guide guiding discharge of the metallic fiber aggregate forming wave. The metallic fiber aggregate has irregular and three-dimensional waves.
