PURPOSE: A system and method for an electronic commerce based on a purchaser for supporting an import agency business and a recording medium including a program source thereof is provided to enable a client who requests an import agency business to monitor the entire importing process of a commodity requested by oneself through a communication network. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of clients terminals(10) for importing an imported commodity, a foreign sales company terminal(20), and an intermediation server(100) which is cooperated with the sales company terminal(20) and acts for an import business of a commodity being manufactured and sold in the sales company are connected to a communication network(2). An international transport company terminal(30), a customs office terminal(40), a domestic transport company terminal(50), a loading insurance company terminal(60), and a bank(70) are connected to the communication network(2) for a service being supplied in acting for an import business of the intermediation server(100).
