Provided are a business management support system and the like that can reduce the user labor conventionally involved in business analysis and contribute substantially to business improvement. This business management support system comprises: a plurality of user terminals that are used by a plurality of different users; and a server that communicates with the plurality of user terminals. The user terminals transmit user information to the server, the user information including information a1 about operating performance at user stores and information a2 about cost management at the user stores. The server analyzes the user information on the basis of prescribed analysis rules so as to acquire business management information C about the user stores and transmits the business management information C to the plurality of user terminals. On the basis of users commands, the user terminals display the business management information C hierarchically and, by product, display sales situations for the user stores for prescribed periods.
