The present invention as a hydrogen bacteria to fix the carbon dioxide Aeromonas sp. Deposited as No. KCTC 0803BP in the Genetic Bank of Korea Institute of Science and Technology. It relates to strain JS-1. More specifically, since it can be fixed at 10 to 50% concentration of carbon dioxide without depending on light energy source, it is possible to fix carbon dioxide which is the main cause of global warming by biologically fixing power plant or steel mill. It can be used as a basis for developing energy-saving processes for removing about 10-20% (V / V) of carbon dioxide contained in exhaust gases.
