PURPOSE: A method for improving thermal efficiency is provided to reduce contaminated material by sufficiently supplying heat thereby promoting oxidation action when burning material. CONSTITUTION: When burning wastes by using liquid-phase fuel, solid-phase fuel, or gaseous fuel, such as oil, coal, gas, and timber, oxygen and material having strong hot antiferromagnetic action are properly complemented in such a manner that hot antiferromagnetic action is activated. If the hot antiferromagnetic action is activated, contaminated material is rapidly reacted with oxygen, so that contaminated material is rapidly dissolved. By promoting the oxidation action through correcting magnetic force and antiferromagnetic action when burning material, contaminated material is reduced.
