Method of Crude Protein with Livestock Waste Matter

PURPOSE: A method for producing crude proteins with livestock waste matter is provided, thereby cheaply producing the crude proteins which can be applied to a human and livestock without side-effects. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing crude proteins with livestock waste matter comprises the steps of: (1) inserting 40 to 50 parts by weight of livestock waste matter and 60 parts by weight of 10% to 50% NaOH solution into a reactor, maturing the mixture at 20 deg. C to 80 deg. C for 4 to 100 hours, and reacting it at 100 deg. C for 1 hour; and (2) adding 1/25 to 1/100 of chitosan oligosaccharide into the reacted solution, adding water into the mixture to agglutinate crude proteins, removing water therefrom, drying them at 80 deg. C for 24 hours and powdering them.
