Scenario Management System and its using Scenario Generation Method for Guidance Service

PURPOSE: A system for managing a scenario for a guide service and a method for creating the scenario are provided to create and manage scenarios for conference related to a service simply through a web. CONSTITUTION: A web server(103) receives a scenario from a user terminal(101). A TTS(Text To Speech) server(105) converts a text of the scenario inputted in the web server(103) into a voice. A database server(104) stores the scenario and the voice scenario. A CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) server(106) connects the voice scenario stored in the database server(104) to the Internet or a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network). A service provider logs-in the web, selects a conference for creating a scenario, and selects a scenario item for the conference. Then, corresponding scenarios are created. In the case that a scenario is inputted as a text, the scenario is converted into a voice file in the TTS server(105) and corresponding contents are stored in the database server(104).
