PURPOSE: Provided are a seasoning composition for steamed Alaska pollack and a manufacturing method thereof by adding medicinal herbs to boost one's appetite and contribute to health improvement. CONSTITUTION: The seasoning composition for steamed Alaska pollack is characterized by comprising 88-91 wt.% of slices of dried Alaska pollack, 6.5-7.5 wt.% of soy sauce, 1.0-1.5 wt.% of sugar, 0.8-1.2 wt.% of D-sorbitol, 0.1-0.3 wt.% of L-sodium glutamic acid, 0.1-0.3 wt.% of ginseng, 0.1-0.3 wt.% of cinnamon, 0.1-0.3 wt.% of Angelica gigas Nakai, 0.1-0.3 wt.% of licorice roots, 0.05-0.2 wt.% of sesame seeds, and 0.05-0.2 wt.% of strips of shredded red pepper.
