PURPOSE: A method for searching the distribution information on the internet and solving a conflict by agenting and relaying the purchase and the sales, and a sales method for inducing the participation by the aid of various kinds of management programs are provided to treat the conflict instead of a customer or a distributor and to facilitate the participation by offering a business model and an incentive. CONSTITUTION: The information about articles and companies are stored in a database. The distribution information and other information about the articles or the companies are collected and used to renew the information of a site. The personal information and the information about the interest of a user are stored in the database. The information collected from the user, a member, and a related company are sought and provided. The predicted purchase and amount are inspected. The information about the price, the distribution, and the credit is inspected for a demander. An order and a bill are transmitted to a supplier when a request for purchasing is generated. The supplier delivers the articles by receiving the order. A site manager, the supplier, and the purchaser settle the accounts.
