PURPOSE: A method and a system for selecting a proper object by using an official register in the real estate trading are provided to support the active trading of the real estate by automatically searching for the real estate suitable for the demand of a purchaser from a land book, a building book, a land characteristic table, a land registration map, a copy of a register book. CONSTITUTION: A land area and a land title are fetched from the land book(10). The plottage, the building site, the gross area, a main purpose, a number of floors, the approval date of use, and a name of the building are fetched from the building book(20). A direction, a road condition, a shape, a height, a distance from a harmful facility, the purpose area, the limitations, and a determined land price are fetched from the land characteristic table(30). The land registration map is fetched from the land registration map(40). The present address of an owner of the land is fetched from a copy of the register book(50). The total real estate information is generated(70). A real estate information search program(80) fetches the final data by using the total real estate information(90).
