PURPOSE: The equipment for mixing and fermenting compost materials is provided, which is characterized by offering hot air to food and organic waste containing minerals for in far infrared emission. Accordingly, the equipment improves mixing and fermentation efficiency and removes bad smell. CONSTITUTION: The equipment carries waste materials smoothly and improves mixing efficiency by screw wings on the circumference of a conveyor axis and stirring wings between screw wings(24). Also, the equipment supplies hot blast from a hot air supply tube(19) and holes on the axis to waste materials inside fermentation tank(10), which results in far infrared emission from minerals-added waste for homogeneous fermentation and removal of bad smell. The supplied hot air is recycled by a fan(30) connected to a hose(31) on circulation tubes(16,17), and harmful gas generated from fermentation is discharged to an outlet(18).
