NON-DRIED SEALANT COMPOSITION USED ALSO AS ADHESIVE AND HAVING HEAT-RESISTANCE AND COLD-RESISTANCE

PURPOSE: Provided is a non-dried sealant composition used also as an adhesive, which has heat-resistance, cold-resistance, and buffer action and prevents moisture permeation, gas permeation, and corrosion. CONSTITUTION: The sealant composition comprises 30-35wt% of a polyisobutylene base, 20-25wt% of polybutene as a plasticizer having similar properties to the polyisobutylene, 10-15wt% of a water-contained petroleum hydrocarbon resin as a heat-resistant adhesive, 10-15wt% of calcium carbonate as a filler preventing flowing, 5-10wt% of talc as a filler for keeping the shape, 3-5wt% of a carbon black as a coloring auxiliary, 3-5wt% of silica as a reinforcing agent substituted for the carbon black, and 0.3-0.7wt% of an anti-aging agent selected from pentaerythrityl-tetrakis£3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxypentyl)-propionate| or octadecyl 3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate.
