PURPOSE: A system and a method for forming the fund for securing the operation fund for a nonprofit organization is provided to stably secure the operation fund of the nonprofit organization by using an insurance function, and to financially help the affiliated organization after the member's death. CONSTITUTION: A database server(14) for forming the operation fund includes a reception money information database(16), a loan information database(17), a customer judgment standard database(18), a customer judgment result database(19), a customer information database(20) and a customer history information database(21). The reception money information database(16) stores the reception money information for the principal and the interest of the fund lent to the nonprofit organization. The loan information database(17) stores the loan information for the fund lent from the nonprofit organization. The customer judgment standard database(18) stores the information for the reliability of the nonprofit organization and a standard for judging various kinds of objective values.
