PURPOSE: Provided is a health bed which vibrates while people are lying down or sleeping to have an effect of massaging or exercising to make recovery from fatigue. CONSTITUTION: The bed comprises: a body(1) with a control box(11) controlling a vibrating motor(3), an elevator and a left and right moving device(5): a head mat with the elevator device to control the angle by moving the upper mat in the vertical direction; a middle mat with vibrating motor at lower part; and a leg mat with the elevator device to control the angle by moving upper mat in the vertical direction.
