PURPOSE: A process and a method for repaying a settlement money on the Internet and a method for reusing the repaid money are provided to repay an unused money after a previous settlement for using charged contents on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: An RDBMS(Relational DB Management System)(F) stores client information, information of a service providing company, and the entire process. A communication server(D) communicates with a service cooperation company, and repays and reuses an amount of money. A communication client(C) is installed in the service cooperation company. An automatic transfer system transfers a repaid money to a user who requests repayment.
