PURPOSE: A tank for circulating and storing surface treatment solution in electroplating process is provided to enable smooth supplying of the solution even in case of a small amount of the surface treatment solution by constantly controlling level of the solution in the circulation and storage tank. CONSTITUTION: The tank(10) for circulating and storing surface treatment solution in electroplating process comprises a tank which put on a frame structure(18) of a certain elevation, and on the side surface of which return pipe and supply pipe are installed so that the tank forms a main body; an agitation part which is downwardly installed from the center of an upper plate of the tank to the inner part of the tank to agitate sulfur zinc inside the tank; a level detection part which is installed at the inner part of the tank to detect level of the sulfur zinc; a bottom plate(13) which is installed at a certain height from the bottom of the tank for a double bottom by separating the inside of the tank in two steps; a treatment part which is arranged along the outer side of the bottom plate with spaced apart from each other so that powder precipitated on the bottom plate is discharged into the lower side of the bottom plate; a bellows can(14) which is installed at the center of the upper part of the bottom plate and formed in a flexible structure; and a flexible means for maintaining level of the solution to a certain height by expanding or contracting the bellow can according to level of the sulfur zinc in the tank, wherein the agitation part comprises a driving motor(30), a multiple pipe(32) and an agitating vane(31), the treatment part comprises a rotation bar(41), a transfer screw(43) and a driving means, and the flexible means comprises a rack bar(73), a pinion gear(74), a driving gear(75), and a driving motor(60).
