PURPOSE: A method for preparing the terminal contact for a cellular phone battery and a method for preparing the terminal contact assembly with the bonding structure of a terminal contact and a spacer are provided, to allow a plurality of terminal pins to be joined with a spacer easily by one-touch. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the terminal contact comprises the steps of notching a metal plate with certain width and length form the unit pattern(10b) having a supporting member(20) and a plurality of terminal pin parts(10a) connected with the supporting member(20) along the length of the metal plate continuously; forming a cutting line at the connection point of the supporting member and the terminal pin part; bending the terminal pin part to form a terminal pin; plating the upper and lower faces of the terminal pin with gold; and cutting the supporting member corresponding to the unit pattern.
