PURPOSE: A method for processing a financial document based on an online network is provided to minimize unnecessary business load by correctly checking an error between the real financial document and the recognition data of the financial document through a receiving process and an automatic comparing and searching process without the interposition of a clerk. CONSTITUTION: It is judged that a transmission event of the financial document data from a financial document writing agent is occurred(S102). In case that the transmission event is occurred, it is judged that the customer is a registered customer by referring to the information transmitted from the writing agent(S105). In case that the customer is the registered customer, the reception approval information of the financial document is transmitted to the writing agent(S107). It is judged that the financial document date matched with the reception approval information is transmitted from the writing agent(S108). In case that the writing data is transmitted from the writing agent, a password set to the writing data is released and the writing data is accepted(S110,S111).
