PURPOSE: An apparatus for motorless waist physical therapy is provided to do waist muscle reinforcement exercise, physical therapy and prevent disease. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for motorless waist physical therapy includes a circular exercising part(20), a heating and vibration physical therapy part(30), a loading support moving part(40), a twisting and stretching exercising part(50), a twisting and stretching moving part(60), a support part(70) and a covering part(80). The waist and the abdominal muscle exercise is done in the circular movement. A waist muscle reinforcement exercise is done by twisting and stretching the lumbar and spine.
